Un brindisi prima delle feste con tante novità

Event - A Toast Before the Holidays with Lots of News

Even though Oro e Disegni (my Venetian atelier) is just over a year old, it already has its traditions.

It’s with great pleasure that I invite you to our pre-Christmas toast at the studio.

As always, it will be a chance to see each other in person and to present some of the new works I’ve created recently: pieces that venture ever more into the world of interior décor, culminating in a brand-new project: the jewelry collection crafted with 24-karat gold leaf.

We will also officially present the trailer of a project very dear to me: the documentary “L’ultimo Battiloro - The Last Goldbeater dedicated to Marino Menegazzo, the last traditional goldbeater in the world.

Finally, we’ll be joined by Alessandro Rosa who, in collaboration with the Stadion Auction House in Trieste, will inaugurate a new period of in-atelier appointments for appraisals of antique and design furniture & objects, as well as modern and contemporary artworks (and much more).

As you can see, it promises to be a day full of news—and plenty of reasons to raise our glasses.

Now for the logistics.

How to reach the atelier if you’re coming from outside Venice

If you arrive by train

From the station, take Line 1 (pier E) and get off at Ca’ d’Oro.

If you arrive by car

You can park at Tronchetto and take the vaporetto. From Tronchetto (pier B), take Line 2 to Piazzale Roma, then Line 1 (pier C), and get off at Ca’ d’Oro.

If you park at Piazzale Roma, you can take Line 1 (pier C) directly to Ca’ d’Oro.

Once you reach Ca’ d’Oro, it’s less than a 5-minute walk to the atelier. If you need directions and don’t want to rely on your phone, ask for Campo Santi Giovanni e Paolo; the atelier is about halfway along the route.

I look forward to welcoming you to raise a glass together, say hello, exchange holiday wishes, and enjoy some peaceful moments in the unique atmosphere of the atelier.

Now I’m off to sharpen my pencils…

See you soon!
